This website deliberately does without analytics tools, tracking, advertising cookies and embedded social media widgets. No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes, and no user profiles are created.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This typically includes:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

This data is not merged with other data sources and is used solely for the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in trouble-free and secure operation). The exact retention period depends on the respective hosting provider.

4. Contact via Email or Phone

If you contact me by email or phone, the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message) will be stored and processed exclusively to handle your inquiry and for any follow-up questions.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a (pre-)contractual relationship (e.g. a catering request), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

I delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.

5. Social Media Links

This website contains a simple link to my Instagram profile. This is not an embedded plugin — no data is transferred to Instagram/Meta when you visit this website. Only if you actively click the link and visit the Instagram page does Meta Platforms Ireland Limited's privacy policy apply.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding my processing of your personal data. The competent authority is, for example, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
